Estabamos un poco preocupados ya que en temporada de lluvias las calles de Costa Rica se vuelven inaccesibles y teniamos planeado recorrer gran parte del país, por lo que pedimos un carro 4x4, y la verdad no podríamos haber elegido mejor carro que el que nos recomendaron y dieron, fue una opción excelente que no nos dio problemas, más bien nos sacó de ellos!!! totalmente recomendado tienen gran variedad y todos en excelentes condiciones, prácticamente nuevos!

Had an amazing experience with Orbit car hire and Car Q in Greece… Good value for money and great service since I had to change the Pick up and drop off 2 times due to changing flights… we got an upgrade and the car was super clean! Really happy with the rental and would recommend - especially in these covid times when traveling is more adventures :)
Absolutely fantastic customer service. My reservation in Morocco was cancelled by the car hiring company because apparently, they had no cars 2 days before I was due to land!
I got an email from the Ziga the CEO of Orbit car hire who told me the bad news but said he found me an alternative car hire company located in the airport, it was over $300 euros more expensive but Ziga promised me a refund of the difference which he delivered as promised. Holiday saved!

Had a great experience, easy to book and it was good to communicate with Orbit when needed.
On arrival we found the rental people. The car was ready and all went well throughout our stay (3 weeks). Returning it was easy, followed instructions and once it was checked over we were free to continue our travels.
Excellent service and great value. Would definitely use again.
I have been using their service since the beginning and can only highly recommend it! Hopefully they will be covering many more destinations soon, as I would like to use them everywhere I go.

Having written a negative review, felt it was only fair to update it. Orbit responded very positively and can't fault their follow up. They have refunded the deposit that was accidentally taken and been very apologetic about it. Overall experience therefore is now positive. Well done Orbit for the follow up.

Rented a car in Berlin with Alamo. Booking process and service with orbit car hire was great.
The lady couldn't have been more helpful, first class service on collection and return , usual paperwork and rigorous inspection of car before hiring out to us , price was competitive but far more expensive than other years but this was a very REASONABLE price.

Great service from start to finish.. rather than wait for the shuttle bus which is every ten minutes you can simply walk across the road and be there in five minutes. So you have brand new cars at much cheaper prices than the terminal rental companies and it is literally a short walk away

Very helpful and responsive staf for any customer services issues you might have. I have made an enquiry on a Sunday evening and they got back to me within one hour, advised me and dealt with my issues. Ziga is also very friendly and helpful, I would recomment Orbit Car Hire and would use them in the future .
