Absolutely fantastic customer service. My reservation in Morocco was cancelled by the car hiring company because apparently, they had no cars 2 days before I was due to land!
I got an email from the Ziga the CEO of Orbit car hire who told me the bad news but said he found me an alternative car hire company located in the airport, it was over $300 euros more expensive but Ziga promised me a refund of the difference which he delivered as promised. Holiday saved!

Had a great experience, easy to book and it was good to communicate with Orbit when needed.
On arrival we found the rental people. The car was ready and all went well throughout our stay (3 weeks). Returning it was easy, followed instructions and once it was checked over we were free to continue our travels.
Excellent service and great value. Would definitely use again.
I have been using their service since the beginning and can only highly recommend it! Hopefully they will be covering many more destinations soon, as I would like to use them everywhere I go.

Having written a negative review, felt it was only fair to update it. Orbit responded very positively and can't fault their follow up. They have refunded the deposit that was accidentally taken and been very apologetic about it. Overall experience therefore is now positive. Well done Orbit for the follow up.

Rented a car in Berlin with Alamo. Booking process and service with orbit car hire was great.
The lady couldn't have been more helpful, first class service on collection and return , usual paperwork and rigorous inspection of car before hiring out to us , price was competitive but far more expensive than other years but this was a very REASONABLE price.

Great service from start to finish.. rather than wait for the shuttle bus which is every ten minutes you can simply walk across the road and be there in five minutes. So you have brand new cars at much cheaper prices than the terminal rental companies and it is literally a short walk away

The car company was good and handled the case very quickly. They offered for a little charge rua verde device and took two deposits (petrol and tools). I am waiting for the tools deposit still but hope to receive it fast. In general, all good.
I had a problem with a charge being added on by Europcar which had not been declared beforehand. Europcar accepted no responsibility but Orbit Car Hire did and refunded me the money. I highly recommend Orbit Car Hire and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

We reported damage to our car hire last week. We had Premium Coverage through Orbit Car Hire and have just been informed that the amount we paid to the car rental company will be transferred in full to our account within a few business days. Very efficient and fast service.
Goog rates, fast and easy reservations with orbit. But my experience with Advantege car rental was really bad. My flight was delayed, then I arrived 2:15 hours late. The car rental office was closed, even though I called them to say that my flight was delayed, next morning at the very first hour, my reservation was cancelled. My reservation was made whith Advantage rent a car.
Rented a car in New Zealand and got a great deal with Europcar through Orbit Car Hire. Orbits support was great and the price also.
I used Orbit Car Hire to rent a car at Frankfurt Airport. I chose Alamo Partner and received a quality service. Unfortunately, when I parked it, there was a new scratch on the rear bumper, which I had to pay Alamo, as agreed. After receiving the invoice, I contacted Orbit Car Hire and was refunded the total amount.

The car rental at Bari Airport was quick, and so was the return. We had booked our fully comprehensive option with Orbit Car Hire and not from Alamo, so we were a bit worried at first. But in the end, the return only took 5 minutes and everything was fine.
We did Ring Road over 3000 km and all was OK. Service, support and the car.

Estabamos un poco preocupados ya que en temporada de lluvias las calles de Costa Rica se vuelven inaccesibles y teniamos planeado recorrer gran parte del país, por lo que pedimos un carro 4x4, y la verdad no podríamos haber elegido mejor carro que el que nos recomendaron y dieron, fue una opción excelente que no nos dio problemas, más bien nos sacó de ellos!!! totalmente recomendado tienen gran variedad y todos en excelentes condiciones, prácticamente nuevos!

As car rental prices are extremely high at all car rental platforms, I found a very good offer at orbit car hire. Unfortunately, the car rental company (not orbit car hire itself) canceled the offer afterwards.
Then, orbit car hire helped me to find a very good alternative car rental offer (we emailed more than ten times) and I‘m super lucky with the result
Amazing service! The booking was easy, the rates were great and the customer service absolutely brilliant.
I had a small claim to make on the premium insurance and it was settled the very next day I submitted the documents. I am very happy with their service :-)
I cannot speak highly enough of the service and help I received from this company.
To begin with I contacted them about a price I'd seen online but was unable to book and pay for. They immediately got back to me confirming the price and organised a different payment method. They were also at pains to point out that should I see the cost come down at any time I could contact them again and they would alter the price accordingly.
More importantly, the day before my wife and I were due to pick up the hire car in France our flights with BA were cancelled with less than 20 hours notice! I had to immediately contact Orbit to re-arrange the pick-up and drop-off times and check the new prices. This they did via email in super-fast time helping to alleviate an awful lot of stress and panic. Furthermore, I then contacted them again several times to check the car hire office wouldn't be closed before out hastily re-arranged flight landed. Again, the response was virtually immediate and I was kept fully informed of the situation.
All of my email correspondence was with either Magnus or Doris and both were fantastic. The service they provided, especially under difficult conditions for us, was polite, efficient, friendly and professional. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately the hire car was damaged in the hotel car park which meant I had to make an insurance claim, having had horrendous past experiences with Goldcar and DoYouSpain I was expecting a battle to get reimbursed but no Magnus at Orbit was very helpful at every stage I will definitely use Orbit again.
I took out premium cover insurance which I am really pleased I did for a few extra £'s.
